My Health And Figure
When talking about health and figure we must ask ourselves an important and essential question :
What do we want from our bodies and what our bodies want from us ?
We , in one hand , want our bodies to be healthy , flexible and free as possible , from disease and to be in a good shape . On the other hand , our bodies want us to chose best food and to move it .
So there is an important equation, namely : good food + movement = Healthy shape and life .... The question is .... How ?
First : good food means that our food should consists of basic elements globally known such as (fruits , vegetables, proteins , carbohydrates , grains , peans ,,,) . But there are basic and healthy rules for eating such food clarified by Paul McKina ( self-improvement author ) as the golden rules of eating food ( how, when and what to eat ? )
First rule : eat when you are hungry.
Second rule: eat only what you want , never eat what you think you should .
Third rule: Eat consciously and enjoy every mouthful .
Fourth rule : stop when you even think you're full .
( I will explain the technique of each rule separately next week ) ,,,,,,,,
Second : The movement . It's not exercise but it's movement . Because so many people do not like to play exercises , although playing exercises is excellent . So practice daily basis movement is fine . For example, walking instead of driving to your work , moving inside the house and making light activities , will help at least to keep up the blood circulating ,,,

Thankx for those early morning refreshing tips Iqpal...I just want to add that we should eat with our brain and not our eyes :-))...
